In 2026, experienced people who had been involved in semiconductor vacuum manufacturing equipment gathered together have established a new company, Megatorr Corporation, with the primary objective to produce of components for semiconductor manufacturing, selling, customer support and repair which are very important the semiconductor equipment to control circumstance(pressure) in the vacuum chamber such as an equipment for CVD, Etching, Ashing and so on. It is one of the key technologies for semiconductor equipment that this APC system (Automatic Pressure Control system)composed of pressure sensor, conduction control valves and thus controller.

Since then, we also have been proposing process efficiency improvements and developing new products while understanding the customers’ requirements and needs. Nowadays, for example, it has become a common technique due to the extension of equipment maintenance cycles to use directly heating mechanism vacuum sensor and conduction control valves, but it is not possible to directly install a vacuum gauge or conduction control valve etc. before. Thus, new concepts in those days such as reducing the accumulation of impurities that heat up, or for expanding the control range beyond that conventional control valves etc. are made from as much as communication through customer's engineers and operators. Also, wide range valves, and this technology was observed hints for development and now being used in mass production line. We have studied the importance of communication with customers through troubleshooting, questions, problems etc.
