Our service center is equipped with calibration system that conform to Brooks Instrument's standard calibration.

The calibration instruments ensure the traceability to the NIST and are regularly calibrated.
After repairs, calibration, and overhauls are completed, we return with inspection based on our quality control standards.

Valve/Controller
Please entrust us with the repair and overhaul of our general-purpose and heated butterfly valves and angle valves.
We can also handle products with various flange sizes.
If there are any deposits inside the vacuum valve or on the valve plate, please remove them yourself before sending the item to us along with the repair request form. If impurities are present on the item to be repaired, the repair work will be difficult, so please remove and neutralize them beforehand.
We also repair, calibrate, and overhaul controllers.
After the repair is complete, we will conduct a shipping inspection based on our quality control standards and send the following documents along with the product.
